Reservations/Payment
Every order is first pay, first serve. If you made an order request but didn’t made deposit when
requested, your date and spot can be taken for someone else when they send their deposit.
You have to make sure of making your deposit when requested to not risk your spot.
Upon placing your order, a 50% non- refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance has to be paid 7 days
prior order date.
Orders placed two weeks or less of your event, full payment is required upon booking.

Last minute orders
If you request a last minute order, 3 days prior your event, if the space is available, the
full payment is required and a $20 fee will be charged.
Cancellations
If for any reason, you need to cancel your order, you will be credited for a future date.
If your order has been paid in full, only the balance can be refunded, the 50% deposit
can’t be refunded and it can be credited for a future date.
If your order has been paid in full, but you aren’t interested in a future order, only the
50% can be refunded and you will lose the deposit.
If you are canceling your order, please, give at least two weeks notice. That way your spot
can be taken by someone else.
Other
I will be contacting you a week prior your event to confirm your order. If I don’t receive an
answer at least 24hrs after contacting you, your order is going to be cancelled and no
refund is going to be made
When pick up, once your order leaves Mianas Cakes possession, it’s not longer my liability.
You are responsible of caring, temperature and transportation to ensure the product is in
the best condition.
Deliveries are made a certain time of the day, from 11:30AM-1:30 PM. If we are not able to meet upon delivery, your order will be delivered at front desk/bell services.
